☆Metropolis 2000 : Scenes from New York (DVD Warner Music Vision AMBY-8016) '01
　DVDの機能を存分に活かした至れり尽くせりの内容。DVDのみのボーナス映像も見所ききどころが沢山。"The Silent Man"や"Leaning to Live"は正に鳥肌が出るような出来である。SET UPメニューで副音声によるメンバー達の解説、フォト・ギャラリーではイタリアでは既に大物であることが分かるショット、カラー調整と思いきや１分ぐらい待っているとサイコセラピストのオーディション風景が始まる隠しトラック、来日公演とは色々異なる映像シーン等々、全Dream Theaterファン必見の内容。勿論Liveに行けなかった方にも充分満足できる内容で、常に最前にいるような錯覚にしてくれる見事なカメラワークと瑞々しいまでに響き渡る各楽器の美しさが見事で思わずため息が出てしまう。コンサート本編はLaBrieの調子は最高潮とは言えないものの、豪華キャストによるLiveに釘付け。"The Sprit Carries on"は特に感動的だ。演奏も完璧に近くベースの音もしっかりきけるので満足度は高い。ただ、最後のクレジットSpecial No Thanks to Terry Brownが気になる．．．。(^^;
